Heating Directions one serving: Microwave (Due to differences in appliances, heating times may vary. Microwave instructions are based on a 1000 watt microwave): 1 Remove patties from plastic pouch. 2 Place on microwavable plate and cover with a paper towel. 3 Heat in the center of the microwave. Refrigerated: High (100% power); 35-45 seconds. Frozen: Medium (50% power); 1-1 1/2 minutes. Skillet: 1 Remove patties from plastic pouch. 2 Place patties in a non-stick skillet (do not preheat skillet). 3 Heat skillet to med-high and cover. Heat thoroughly, 6-10 minutes, turning patties halfway through heating. Product will be hot! Uncover and remove with caution! Let cool one minute before eating. Keep refrigerated.
