Cover and microwave on high for 22 minutes (Cooking times may vary depending on power of microwave. Stir. Let stand, covered for 5 minutes. Serve. Stove Top Instructions: In a saucepan with tight fitting lid, bring 2-1/2 cups (20 oz) of water to a boil. Add 2 tbsp butter (optional), then one package Vigo Mexican Rice, stirring while boiling for one minute. Cover saucepan tightly, reduced heat to simmer, cook for 20-25 minutes. Serve.
