Defrost Directions: Room temperature: Pour desired amount on plate, spread evenly, and defrost for approximately 30 minutes until thawed. 

Refrigerator: Place unopened bag (or desired amount) in refrigerator for 8 hours or until thawed.

Microwave: Defrost desired amount in microwave-safe container on defrost (30% power) for 1 to 2 minutes or until thawed. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed. For best flavor and texture, serve fruit while still slightly frozen.

Serving Suggestion: While still frozen, add to thicken smoothies. Use for homemade jelly or jam recipes. Puree with powdered sugar and lemon juice for a dessert sauce. Use to garnish your favorite tropical drink. Keep frozen. If thawed, do not refreeze.
